To increase the curb appeal, this home owner replaced a set of severely weather-worn double entry doors with a single door and two matching side lites, all with leaded glass. To complete the update, the fixed window above the door originally made of that oh-so 70's orange bumpy glass was replaced with a clear double-pane.

As part of a remodel, the homeowner wanted to improve the liveability of the family room and improve access to the patio and back yard. This desire was realized by replacing a standard 30 inch door and a double-hung window with a set of full height french doors. This allowed much more light into the room making it feel much larger and far more comfortable.

To enhance the spaciousness of the upstairs living area, this homeowner replaced a standard horizontal sliding window with a bay window. The bay window makes a room feel larger by extending the room's exterior wall and by allowing additional light into the living area. The area between the top of the bay window and the eve was enclosed to provide an integrated look and to simplify cleaning and maintenance.

This homeowner simply wanted to replace all single-pane, aluminum framed windows and storm windows with energy efficient double-pane equivalents. The main goals were to improve energy efficiency, appearance of the home, and to improve the ability to clean and maintain, especially the upstairs windows.

This older home had a large, single pane picture window that lost much heat during the winter months. It also was very un-inspiring. This was replaced with a double pane equivalent. Internal mutins were added to provide an interesting appearance by breaking up the lines of the home.

This is an example of a homeowner wanting to update the appearance of their home by replacing standard bronze-anodized aluminum framed windows with new vinyl equivalents. This improved the curb appeal of the home and allowed the tilt-in windows to be cleaned much more easily.

This homeowner decided to replace an old double hung window that had single pane glass that had been painted shut, pried open, and that had lost it's counter weights making it very difficult to open with a new wood framed equivalent. Not only is the new window much easier to operate, it's far more energy efficient.

As part of a minor remodel focusing on the creation of an outdoor living space, this homeowner replaced a standard double hung window with a door. This provided improved access to the new garden area that included a new gazebo and spa.
